WEDDINGS
To enable you to choose exactly the coverage you need I provide a range of options that you can fit around your wedding day from a quarter day that ensures the essential elements are captured, through to a full day option. Each coverage includes all of your finished images on a high resolution download and the opportunity to customise your own package with a range of beautifully crafted wedding books, engagement photos, thank you cards and more. Simply select how long you'd like me with you on the day then add whatever extras you may like. In addition to these packages I have a full range of exceptional photofinishing options ensuring that your photographs remain treasured by you and your family for generations. Included in my packages are;
• Help & support in the planning and running of your wedding
• Various photography coverages
• Up to 800 images detailing your day through documentary, reportage, posed and editorial photography
• All of your images professionally finished for optimum colour and tone and provided in both colour and black & white
• All of your images at high resolution and available to share through a passworded online gallery with family & friends
Engagement portrait sessions can be a wonderful way of finding out more about you and help ease the pre wedding nerves! You can add your engagement portrait session to any of the packages at no additional cost! There are a range of finishing options from high resolution images to canvases and prints for you to purchase after your shoot.
Coverages
Quarter Day Coverage - Saturday or Sunday £895 - Photography covering your day from your ceremony through to the start of your Wedding Breakfast resulting in up to 300 images
Half Day Coverage - Saturday or Sunday £1095 - Photography covering your day from the Bridal preparation through to the start of your Wedding Breakfast or from your ceremony through until and including your speeches resulting in up to 400 images
Three Quarter Day Coverage - Saturday or Sunday £1295 - Photography covering your day from the Bridal preparation through until and including your speeches or from your ceremony until a little after your first dance resulting in up to 600 images
Full Day Coverage with USB stick - Saturday or Sunday £1495 - Photography covering your day from the Bridal preparation through to a little after your first dance resulting in up to 800 images
Fridays are £100 lower and Mondays through to Thursdays £200 lower than the Saturday & Sunday rates
Last minute booking saving - 30% discount if your wedding falls within 6 weeks of your initial enquiry
Winter rates apply between 1st November and the 31st March and are £200 lower than the above rates

POST WEDDING PORTRAITS
Already married? Have you still got your wedding dress or access to one? My Post Wedding Portraits offer you the unique opportunity to get the wedding portraits you always dreamed of. Perhaps the weather on your wedding day didn't quite work out, perhaps logistics meant you weren't able to get to the location you'd have liked, perhaps your chosen photographer didn't quite meet expectations or simply that you'd like more photos of the two of you in your wedding outfits.
My Post Wedding Portrait sessions can happen anywhere, absolutely anywhere you'd like. Fancy heading to the coast, up a mountain, bungee jumping, to a pristine lake, central London? The choice is entirely yours but we'd work together to ensure your chosen location/s will provide everything you'd hoped.
Included with my Post Wedding Portrait sessions are;
• My travel within 150 miles of HR7 4BW
• As long as you'd like up to a maximum of 3 working hours on location
• All of your images professionally finished for optimum colour and tone
• Up to 300 images presented in both Colour and Black & White placed online in a passworded gallery at www.RussellLewisPhotography.co.uk
Option 1 - Sitting only with all prints and finishing options charged additionally £200
Option 2 - Sitting with 10 high resolution images £300
Option 3 - Sitting with 15x10" bespoke framed print or canvas £350
Option 4 - Sitting with all finished images at high resolution on USB £500
Option 5 - Sitting with 15x10" framed print or canvas together with all images to USB £600
Things you may like to consider;
• You'll need to get yourselves to and from the chosen location/s
• You'll need to arrange your own clothing, flowers, make-up and hair
• You'll be responsible for any costs in respect to gaining access, for example to venues, any payment required for professional photography access etc.
• I'm more than happy to travel further than the 150 mile radius, costs for this and arrangements by discussion
• Depending on how adventurous you're happy to be your dress and suit will require professional cleaning!

PORTRAITURE
My portraiture sessions happen on location within a 20 mile radius of my home in Bromyard, primarily in the open air but if you have sufficient indoor space then we can work with that. I'm more than happy to accommodate whatever your needs are whether they be family groups, childrens' portraits or couple/engagement portraiture as long as a suitable location is agreed upon.
Included with my portraiture sessions are;
• Up to an hour of photography at a suitable agreed location
• All of your images professionally finished for optimum colour and tone
• Up to 100 images presented in both Colour and Black & White placed online in a passworded online gallery
• The option to make 5 images into Photo Art
Option 1 - Sitting only with all prints and finishing options charged additionally £100
Option 2 - Sitting with 10 8x6" prints or 10 high resolution images £150
Option 3 - Sitting with 15x10" bespoke framed print or canvas £200
Option 4 - Sitting with all finished images at high resolution on USB £250

CORPORATE, CHRISTENINGS & ANYTHING ELSE
My costs for any other photographic work are £100 an hour which would include all photography and editing together with a passworded online gallery of all finished images in both Colour and Black & White. Prints, digital images, canvases, etc are an additional charge, get in touch for details
